At first I was highly upset with the company due to some complications with the quote given I was left with no insurance Liz made sure she reached out personally to let me know how sorry she was and I worked on the case for over a week she even reached out to higher management and the company overall we where able to settle on a resolution that worked out in the very best interest of everyone !

I just wanted to say that I just became a customer of this service and the customer service that I received was amazing. In the beginning I spoke with Ms. Liz and she informed me of the services I will be receiving with all the details within it and was even patient enough to give me time to decide if this would be a good fit for me. I told her I would need to think about it and would give a call back. After thinking about it I called back lol... and got her daughter Nicole. Her daughter reiterated everything that her mother had previously told me verbatim. They both answered all of my questions very calmly and respectfully leaving me feeling comfortable and secure enough to start an account with them. The services provided is even more affordable and more flexible than the company I just switched from. Looking for car insurance, look into giving this company try... I did and right know I am pleased!
